I’m an Occupational Therapist and I believe our skills were never meant to be confined by a job description written around the needs of an organisation rather than the possibilities of the person behind it.
I’ve worked within the system. I know how frustrating it can be to have so much knowledge, creativity and experience, yet only be able to use a fraction of it within the boundaries of your role.
